We just wanted to touch base with you again, now that we have finished the ONE class.

One of the pastors that attended the outreach asked if he could share a few  words.  He felt this ONE course was far superior to any counseling material he has used on the past, his daughter was in the class.

Here are the highlights  of what couples shared:
1) Covenant was the most dramatic change for all of  them-- understanding the weight and commitiment of it took them a few weeks, but they all agreed with it in the end.

2) Seeking a blessing from their parents and investing themselves into building a better relationship with their future in-laws was a turning point for all of them.

3) One of the men was deeply moved by the idea of agreement.

4) They all  learned from each other during the sharing time, and they felt it was wonderful to start with gender separated discussions.

What amazed us most was the great transformation
between where the couples were at the  beginning - (they seemed so UN-ready for marriage that we felt a sense of  alarm) and where they were by the end, we saw total transformation and a  readiness of heart. We are looking forward to attending the weddings!

We also committed to meet together as a group after they've been married about six months, (next spring) all the couples are looking forward to going to MFl classes also.

On a side note, I wanted to share with you the success we are seeing in our ONE class. After teaching several MMI classes, we are extremely encouraged to be involved in ONE knowing that we can take a "proactive" approach with engaged couples prior to them getting married. Our class is currently made up of 5 engaged couples. We have seen tremendous breakthrough in their lives, the feedback we are receiving is very encouraging, and really speaks to what Gods doing. We truly believe that if these couples stay together after attending the class they are headed for a very successful marriage.

Both of us believe that ONE hits "all" the vital area and doesn't hold back on addressing "real" issues engaged couples face. As we teach, we only wish this class had been made available when we were engaged.
